A family holiday in Italy is ...

All prices are per person per day in a standard room incl. half-board. For the romantic suite and the tower suite we charge an additional 16.00 Euro per room and day.

Additionally, the municipality charges a local tax of EUR 3.40 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, which is not included in the price and is charged at the end of your stay.

So that you do not experience any surprises on your holiday in South Tyrol we have put together the most important price information for you here.

• All prices are per person per day in a Standard room incl. for half-board.
• If you book bed and breakfast the half-board price is reduced by EUR 10.00 per day.
• The price for the romantic suites and the tower suites corresponds to the price for a Standard room plus an additional fee of 16.00 Euro per room and day.
• We charge a single occupancy supplement of EUR 16.00 per day for our rooms and suites.
• A parking space in the garage is included in the price of the romantic and tower suites. A parking space can be booked for a fee with the other room categories.
• Unfortunately, in the event of you arriving late or leaving early we have to charge 70% of the booked package. The regulations of the Italian Accommodation Act apply.
• If you have to cancel your holiday, to the regret of everyone, we charge you for the booked room for 3 days, if your cancellation is received less than 21 days before your planned holiday.
• Child discounts in extra bed:
  -    Children up to 4 years old stay here for EUR 15.00 per day and per child.
  -    Children aged between 5 and 8 receive a 50% discount.
  -    Children aged between 9 and 14 receive a 20 % discount.
  -    Children aged 15 and over receive a 10% discount.
• Small pets are welcome here. We charge EUR 15.00 per day for your four-legged friend without food. We can only accommodate a limited number of dogs in our hotel and they are not allowed in the dining hall and spa area.
