The saunas at our spa hotel in South Tyrol

Hotel Seeberin Racines/Ratschings, a beautiful spa hotel in South Tyrol, has a small but lovely range of saunas. After an eventful day in the fresh air you can spend moments of well-deserved relaxation in our spa oasis.

In the spacious Finnish panorama sauna (90° C, 10 % humidity) with large panoramic windows overlooking the mountains, in the gentle bio sauna (max. 60° C and 50 % humidity), and in the brine steam bath (45° C and 100 % humidity, ideal for people with asthma or respiratory problems) you can relax your tense muscles and round off your day in comfort. Our experience showers and the crushed ice fountain provide stimulating refreshment and complete our sauna area.

After a visit to the sauna, step outdoors and take a few deep breaths on our terrace or sunbathing lawn. Here you can soak up the sun, snooze or read a good book on our new loungers in summer. The new spacious relaxation rooms with large panoramic windows also invite you to relax and linger. Simply cuddle up in our fluffy bathrobes and leave your everyday worries behind you – on the floating loungers, chaise longues, and relaxation islands.
